What these developer tools are for
The utilities developers reach for many times a day: format and validate JSON, test a regular expression, hash or Base64-encode a string, convert CSV to JSON or SQL inserts, build a cron expression you can read back, and start a Dockerfile or nginx config from a sensible template.
They run in your browser, so API responses, keys and data you paste never leave your machine.

- Is it safe to paste API responses or keys here?
- Yes. The developer tools run locally in your browser and send nothing to a server. Still, rotate any real secret you have pasted anywhere you do not control.
- Which regex flavour does the regex tester use?
- JavaScript's (ECMAScript), the one browsers and Node.js use. Most patterns behave the same in other languages, but lookbehind and named groups differ in some.
- Are the generated Dockerfile and nginx configs production-ready?
- They follow current best practice and are a solid starting point, but review them for your own app's ports, paths and security needs before deploying.
