I am based in India, so my rate sits below what a UK agency charges. That is a difference in cost of living, not in care - you get the same person on every call, and the code is written to a standard I am willing to put my name against publicly.
Every project is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, in pounds. No hourly surprises, and no charge for the conversation that works out what you need.
