The timezone works
India is three and a half hours ahead of CET, four and a half in winter. Your morning is my afternoon - there is a full working overlap every day, not a handover window. Calls before your lunch, replies before your evening.
Invoicing your accountant will accept
Invoiced in euros or pounds, with the details EU bookkeeping needs. As a supplier outside the EU, the reverse-charge rule applies for VAT-registered businesses - your accountant handles it the same way as any other non-EU service.
GDPR is designed in, not bolted on
Consent before any analytics or third-party script loads, EU or UK hosting when data residency matters, no tracking pixels you did not ask for, and a data-processing agreement if you need one on file.
Accessibility comes as standard
The European Accessibility Act has been in force since June 2025. Sites I build target WCAG 2.2 Level AA as they are built - contrast, keyboard navigation, real form labels and visible focus states - rather than as a retrofit under a deadline.

Core Web Vitals, database queries, caching, images. Usually the problem is repeated work rather than slow work, and that is the cheap kind to fix.

About the rate
I am based in India, so my rate is below what an agency in Amsterdam or Dublin charges. That is a difference in cost of living, not in care — you get the same person on every call, and the code is written to a standard I am willing to put my name against publicly.
Every project is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, in euros or pounds. No hourly surprises, and no charge for the conversation that works out what you need.
