Websites for clinics and healthcare practices
Turning someone in pain at eleven at night into an appointment - which is the only job a clinic website actually has.

What a clinic website is really for
Patients do not browse clinic websites. They arrive with a problem, at an hour when nobody is answering the phone, and they are deciding between you and three other results.
So the site has one path: find the right specialty, believe the doctor is credible, and book or message in as few taps as possible. Everything else on the page is either supporting that or getting in its way.
What I build for a practice
- A separate page per specialty, so each can rank for what people actually search - "dental implants in Gurgaon" rather than one page competing with itself for everything.
- Doctor profiles with qualifications and experience. This is the trust step, and most clinic sites skip it or bury it.
- Online appointment booking that works at the hours people actually decide to book.
- WhatsApp consultation as a first-class route, not a floating icon - for this audience it is the channel with the lowest hesitation.
- Clinic timings, location and directions above the fold, because they are the three things local visitors look for first.
- Google reviews shown on the site, and Google Business Profile set up properly alongside it.
Local search is most of the traffic
Healthcare search is overwhelmingly local and overwhelmingly mobile. Someone types the treatment and the area, taps one of the first three results, and never scrolls.
That makes two things decisive: your Google Business Profile, and whether you have a page that specifically answers that treatment in that area. A single "Services" page listing eight treatments cannot do the second one. Separate specialty pages can, and that is the main structural difference between a clinic site that gets calls and one that does not.
What I will not do
I will not write medical claims for you. Copy about treatments and outcomes comes from the practice and stays the practice's responsibility - I structure it, and I will tell you when something reads as a promise you should not be making publicly.

Questions people actually ask
- How long does a clinic website take?
- Usually one to two weeks. The build is rarely the slow part - waiting for doctor photographs, qualifications and treatment copy from the practice is. If you have that ready, it moves quickly.
- Can patients book appointments online?
- Yes. Booking can be a simple form that emails and WhatsApps the front desk, or a proper slot-based system tied to doctor availability. The simple version covers most single-location practices; I will recommend the cheaper one where it genuinely fits.
- Will it show our Google reviews?
- Yes, pulled live so they stay current. I can also set up and optimise the Google Business Profile itself, which for a local clinic usually brings more enquiries than the website does in the first few months.
- Do you work with clinics outside Gurgaon?
- Yes - anywhere in India over WhatsApp and calls, and internationally too. The Gurgaon example is simply the one with a live site you can go and inspect.
