About the Organize PDF

Shows every page as a thumbnail so you can put them in the right order and drop the ones you do not want, then saves a new PDF from what is left. Useful for a scan that came out back to front, or a report with a blank page between every real one.

Reorder and delete PDF pages visually

Every page appears as a thumbnail, so you can see what you are moving. Put pages in the right order, remove the ones you do not want, and save a new PDF. It is the fix for a scan that came out back to front, a report with a blank page between every real one, or an appendix that belongs at the end.

The PDF is opened and saved in your browser and never uploaded. To turn sideways pages, use Rotate PDF; to keep only a range of pages, typing them into Split PDF is quicker.

Frequently asked questions

How do I move a page?+

Use the arrows under each thumbnail to step it earlier or later, and the bin icon to drop it. Reset puts every page back in its original order.

Why do some thumbnails show a number instead of a picture?+

The preview is rendered page by page, so on a long document the later ones fill in as it works. If a page cannot be drawn at all the tool falls back to its number - reordering still works either way.

Does removing a page shrink the file?+

Usually, yes. The new PDF is built from only the pages you kept, so anything used solely by a removed page is not carried over.
