No. The whole thing runs on the canvas in your browser, which is why it works offline and why nothing appears in any server log.

A plain, evenly lit background - product shots, logos, headshots against a wall, screenshots. That covers most of what people need a cut-out for.

The subject contains a colour close to the background. Lower the tolerance, or turn on 'only remove background touching the edges' so removal cannot jump into the middle of the image.

Raise the edge softness. It fades pixels between the two thresholds instead of cutting them, which is what stops hair and anti-aliased type looking like scissor work.

Not well, and it says so rather than pretending. This is colour-based removal, not a trained segmentation model - for a crowded scene you still want a photo editor or a dedicated AI cut-out service.

PNG, because it is the common format that supports transparency. Several images come back as a single ZIP, since browsers block a page that tries to save many files at once.
